The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was situated near key attractions and offered great access to transportation. the hotel offered helpful staff who were attentive to our needs. We greatly appreciated their warm welcome and willingness to assist us during our stay.
The service and facilities at the hotel left much to be desired. The room was not in good condition and lacked proper maintenance, such as the presence of spider webs and a faulty exhaust fan.
